Today we focused on our marketing strategies; expired listings, changing our voice message everyday, mailers and door knocking. We practiced role-playing with one another regarding FAQ by buyers and sellers and shared our most recent experiences in the field with each other. There was so much power and motivation in the room today as with every meeting; so much sharing and learning. All very useful. Buyers/sellers prepare a list of questions you would like your agent to answer regarding a property or transaction procedure and test their skills. This can only help you narrow down the agents that are fair, average to knowledgeable.
